“Lead with Intention – Shifting from Chaos to Clarity”
Susan Gisler, PT, DPT, MHA, Bell Leadership Institute

A coffee spill, a text from a frustrated colleague, a family emergency, and traffic when you’re already running behind – all before you’ve sat down for your first morning meeting! Our ability to solve problems effectively is a key predictor of our overall success and happiness. And problems are guaranteed to come our way every day, so we might as well get really good at solving them!

This session will offer a framework to tackle problems with efficiency – allowing you to spend more of your time on the priorities that matter most to you. You’ll learn how to not only be calm in the face of obstacles, but also how to spread calm to others, ultimately encouraging deeper thinking and yielding better solutions for all. During the session, you will have the opportunity to develop an action plan to help shift out of the chaos and into clarity for addressing the problems that you face as a leader every day.

Objectives/Outcomes:

  • Practical strategies to maintain calm and spread calm when we encounter roadblocks
  • Increased self-awareness about how we currently solve problems
  • Identification of 1-2 key behaviors you want to build to improve your approach to solving problem
